I too had a generator problem, called them at 3:00 and they shipped me one the same day. I received it in two days (east coast - RI) and had the old girl running in less than 48 hours. Sent my old one back for the core charge and they credited my card same day. Can't wait to be out in the area and stop in. Thanks for all the help and making me feel my business was appreciated. Will be back soon!
