Default Help with driver door on 1937 Ford Tudor sedan

A friend of mine is trying to complete his 37 Ford Tudor Sedan project. All he needs is the driver door and we cannot find it anywhere. We've searched for weeks and only came up with one rusty door for $600 shipped. Does anyone knows if we could modify a Fordor or Coupe door to make it fit. If this is possible what needs to be done? Also if anyone knows where I could find an original driver door for a 37-40 Tudor Sedan I would gladly pay $500 and arrange shipping (for a nice one) Located just outside Philadelphia. Thanks in advance for any help!

You should be able to get one in reasonable condition for 1/2 that price.
Put an ad in the Wanted section.
Too much work ( and expense ) to alter a 37/40 coupe or fordor front door.

Anyway, coupe and Fordor doors are way too short...front to rear. Good advice above.....ADVERTISE! DD
