1933 Throttle & Dash Grommets
What color were they originally? Brown or Black from the factory? I've seen both colors offered by suppliers.

Brown for passenger cars and black for commercial vehicles and trucks.

My doubts arise from the running change in the paint color used on '33 standard body types from interior gray (the '32 standard interior color, more brown than gray) to black. When that change occurred, it is likely that the color of the grommets changed also, at least in terms of common sense. Last edited by DavidG; 09-04-2017 at 01:23 PM. Reason: additional information |
