Where can I find a gasket for an original style pump? I found a new screen at Macs (model A type B-6623), but can't seem to find a gasket for the screen cover. The gasket offered by them is oval while the original is round 2 3/4".

Don't recall ever seeing a gasket between the screen and the cover.
Perhaps this will help you in pointing it out.

Yes the original 32-34 oil pumps do have the gasket. They can be made if you have a gasket circle cutter.

Any good complete engine gasket set should contain one of those gaskets; seldom used as not many people run those real early pumps.

The NOS or NORS versions made of cork more often than not have shrunk and will not fit over the screen and even if carefully worked will split.
