Michael's website is very new and the number of ever-growing listings thereon is but a fraction of what it will eventually have when it is fully "loaded". That's a very time consuming task and will take some time, especially with each item being illustrated. As Jeff recommended, your best bet is to call him.

I had a very nice chat with Mike Driskell today and he says all I need to do is replace the manifold to muffler pipe and he has a NOS pipe in stock, no need to replace the cross over pipe.

Okay, now that this 36 is in my possession and in my shop, first thing I'm doing is pulling out the leaky hot air heater. I plan to eliminate it completely with just an exhaust pipe, I know what your thinking. But finding a replacement is next to impossible and I'm told they just don't last. I will hold on to all the heater parts for the next owner. I actually know where I can get an NOS heater but not sure I want to spend $450.

So my first question is what do I torque the head bolts to? The heater was held in place by two head bolts. Also it appears there are no washers of any type under the head bolts, is this true? Thanks

Ford torque specs are higher than most prefer. 55 ft-lbs is commonly used. The iron heads can take more torque than the aluminum, but higher torques are not needed.

Well not the most fun job but it all came apart relatively easy. Looks like its been patched before, hard to tell where its leaking but looks like out of the front to me.
