air/smog pump pulley

im searching for a 4 and 3/8" diameter by 3/8" v belt pulley to fit onto a reconditioned cardon emisions air pump. pulley only thanks.
should have a 1/2" center bore with three 3/16" mounting holes . unsure of those correct specs.
required for visual to smog in california.
function is to force air through the catalytic converter to thin emisions.
