Cool Sigflare 900 lights

Does anyone know of a source for a 6 volt pilot light for my turn signal unit? I believe it was supposed to have a 6 volt 5 watt light but I'm not positive about that. The unit didn't come with a pilot light and after installing the unit I found one line in the instructions that say 6 volt lights are not available. Has anyone come up with a way to install a different light?

How about a LED with a dropping resistor? Think the value of resistance for a 5V was 470 ohms so for 6V try about 680 ohms one quarter watt resistor in series with the LED. You may have to hook it up twice to get it correct. Just reverse the Wires going to the LED. Too bad you do not live close as could fix you up one plus I am on vacation for the next 4 weeks.
