Considering the mods as described, I would place the value between $12,000 and $17,000. That having been said, today it seems mods go for more than stock, so maybe as high a $25,000. Mine is 100% stock.

Things that would increase the value, is "all working: power top, power windows, 4 way power seat, power steering, accessory steering wheel, all leather interior. (all factory options on a 53' Mercury Convertible). Does the original engine come with the car?

Parts are hard to find and very expensive. Does the top work fully, if not, the price should be reflected. Since it has a 350 Chevy in it , it has also been converted to 12 volt. The car was designed as a 6 volt positive ground system. You will never find a 53' Mercury convertible in a salvage yard. Most of the parts on the other 53' Mercury's don't fit on the the convertible. But if you do buy it and take it to a cruse or show, odds are, you will be the only one there.

So I guess the question is, are you going to bring it home? Feel free to message me or e-mail me if you have any other questions, I would be happy to help you.

It has fog/driving lights, that is a plus. they are hard to find and expensive if you do.

It appears to be missing the side trim and the running/turn signal lights, in the front bumper, along with the side badging on the front fenders and the rear fender skirts.
