Re: Andalusite vs Washington blue?
Thanks, Hoarsewhisperer. It's good to finally know where my locks - and maybe the whole trunk?- were made.

Re: Andalusite vs Washington blue?
Terry,, There is an E2 cub on the field that a number of fellas learned to fly in.. The Continental A40 [37 HP] is kind of a scary little engine with its single ignition and stellar performance.. The landing gear has been knocked off this plane a couple times during climb-out due to its wonderful performance even though the surrounding elevation is only a few feet higher than the strip.. That plane keeps you on your toes and always in search of ridge lift..The good about learning in such an airplane is that you never take anything for granted..

Never mind, just trying to post a picture. Thanks to Hoarsewhisperer. Maybe it'll go. The color should be Lombard. |

Re: Andalusite vs Washington blue?
Andalusite is the darkest of the blues, virtually black in most light. Really pretty.
