Default 36 cam timing gear question

I have a '36 LB that has an aluminum press on cam gear. The match marks aren't aligned perfectly but they are very close. The misalignment is probably about the width of the line. Will this create a noticeable problem?

I always check for split over lap, wnen both valves are open at the same time at TDC. The may vary alittle but it works OK.
