After a four day trip home to take care of some things and back to Omaha, I am happy to say that Jessica has made great strides in her recovery. She is out of ICU and is not on any monitoring equipment or continuios drip meds. She is starting to talk some and seems in good spirits. She still has very little use of her right side which is normal with all of the brain swelling that still exists on her left side. Next week she will likely be transferred to the Madona Rehab Center in Lincoln, Ne. Thanks Again for the prayers and encouragement. Rod

Rowdy, give her a BIG HUG from all of us out here. A BIG HUG is so important like I tell my Grandchildren. Not a Fake Hug, but a Real Hug. That's when the hearts of each person in a hug become one. Heart to Heart. That how a Hug is given. Heart pressing to Heart. This is why a Child Hugging an older person is received so well and is so important to the older person. That child's heart gives support to the oldster.

I really feel this is true.

A BIG HUG from all of us for Jessica...........................

I tell my 2 yr old to give me a 'squeezy hug'..."the kind that makes daddy's eyes pop out". Go gentle, but that is what you can give her from Tom Aimii and Addie in CA. Tell her that my daughter has actually been praying for her..how much she understands I don't know, but her eyes stay closed, and she end it with a great big AMEN! Thanks for the update.

Great news! Thank you Lord for all your work done here for Jessica and family!!!!! We love you!

Today we got the results from the MRI done yesterday. There is still about a pea sized spot of infection, which will continue to be treated with antibiotics. The blood clot is slightly less than the previous MRI. so there is progress there also.

Jessica will be transported this afternoon to the Madonna rebab center in Lincoln, Ne., but her blood work and case situation will still be monitored by the doc's here as she makes further progress. Thanks Again for the continued Prayers and support. Rod
