Default Huge parts stash, need help sorting good from junk

This past weekend I bought a 31 roadster and a 29 tudor sedan but in order to get the cars I had to agree to buy (and move) a huge stash of original Model A Ford parts. I am not by any means an expert on Model As so most of this stuff looks like heavy cast iron junk to me. And quite frankly I am thinking about scrapping most of it. SO I need some advice from someone close to me about what to keep and what to toss. I live in northern Indiana close to South Bend. I brought home the roadster yesterday and as many parts as I could get on the trailer and in the truck, but I barely made a dent. There are wheels, engines, trannys, front end, clutches, brakes, front fenders, rear fenders, grill shells, headlights, headlight bars, bumper braces, and a gazillion parts I cant even ID. The only stuff I scrap are exhaust manifolds, old brake drums, and pressure plates. You can peddle the rest of that stuff for some good money.

I scrapped a truck load of picked over worn out cast iron parts back in the winter. Scrap here is only 9 cents a pound. I would put out the word to your local Model A clubs and try to sell off as much as you don't need or want. 9 cents a pound isn't hardly worth the effort or gas to haul it to the scrap yard.

I agree, don't scrap any of it. Price or sell what you don't want and anything you think is junk, just sell it for scrap price. You won't have to haul it to the scrap yard and someone will be happy to buy it.

All of that is far too good to throw away.

Well here is more to the story that adds to the dilemma. The stash is almost 4 hours from my house so that means long drives and lots of gas. It makes no sense to me to make trips that far away to haul scrap metal when I could scrap it right in the town I found it all. I dont want to throw anything away that has value and someone could use, but I dont know enough to be able to separate the good from the junk. The parts I posted before are only those that I was able to bring back in my truck when i got the roadster. Here are some more that I took with my phone before I loaded anything.

You need to team up with someone with a large trailer. I see a lot of good parts there and would want to get it all home.

Out of all the Model a's that were built, Lots were wrecked, and Junked out. Hollywood ruined a lot of them. A lot went to the smelter for World War 2.
I have assembled 3 A's with Parts like you Have. And now you want to Junk More!!
If you have a Place to store them, You can make your money Back. You have all ready paid for the Parts, If they were mine, I'd use Truck and Trailer to get them all.
And most of us here would also, seems like a couple of fellows Posted here they might help you transport the stuff for something they might need.
Here are a couple of photos of my last Parts Put Together, I think you need to sleep on it, the chance you have to have these parts, will Never Come Again.
