Default Stromberg 81 Question

A V8 60 flathead motor came equipped with a Stromberg 81 carburetor. What carburetor can be used on a stock V8 60 motor if I don't replace the 81 Carb?
Holley or Stromberg and what number would work without rejecting.

Does the 97 have to be rejected with smaller jets?

Very few people would reject a Stromberg 97. And, it probably won't need any jet changes, either. It will run just fine unless you are in a mine shaft or on top of old Smokey.

Has anyone used the knockoff Stromberg called 9Super7 manufactured by Speedway?
They claim it's identical in every way and cost $299.
