Default Ouch!!!!.....Another One Bites The Dust

So sad to see another 40 totaled. On the flip side I see many 40 Ford parts for sale on eBay in the future! Nothin like jackknifing the trailer bringing home your new 40 Ford !!!

Hate seeing this. Maybe it can be restored with the aftermarket body and fenders that are now available.

I recall seeing that photo a few years ago. The guy had just bought the car and was trailering it home from the auction. The car slid off the trailer on the way home. Don't know what happened to the car.

Yep, that is the one. It was here on FordBarn. Can't find the original thread though.

Old news......happened 2-1/2 years ago. Guy ran a stop sign, got plowed by an SUV, and rolled the whole rig. Less than a mile from where he started-out on a long trip back to California. Picture of the car before the carnage. Link below to the original thread, and more pics. DD

This '40 has had a couple different owners since the accident and is now being
repaired by the current owner. Hopefully it will make it on the road again someday.

New to me! It's like seeing an old movie you haven't seen before.
Thanks for the update!
