Go to your local parts store with your hoses and they can match up what you have cobbled together with ones that will fit. Most parts houses have a good selection of hoses to choose from. You just need a counterperson that is willing to be helpful.

I have used exhaust pipe in middle and rubber ends like you have.
Its getting harder to find hose with the smaller engine today not as many to pick from. |

I needed hoses for my 57 Studebaker 259V8, the ends at the radiator were smaller than the other ends....matched up with some hoses at Advance Auto Parts. One of the new hoses was way too long but I just cut off what I didn't need. All the curves I needed were part of the hose.
