Default 34 Cabriolet window installation

Any tips on how to install the windows in a 34 Cabriolet? I've had a couple of tries and no go. They are heavy and awkward and don't want to sit in the track. What am I doing wrong? I have replaced all the various rollers in the frame and they appear to be working smoothly.

Do you have the proper spring loaded tracks ? Are you putting the regulator in last ? Been some time since I fooled around with this but I do remember the regulator goes last .
