How about donations?

If you haven't already, get an Alliance membership on the H.A.M.B. I think it all ends up in the same pot and won't involve any extra effort on anyone's part.

I know I had a looming sense of guilt for partaking of all this free stuff until I became an Alliance member. Plus, you get the neat plaque.

I really just want to stop some of the bleeding, so I am trying some things on the advertising side. These changes, however, will not effect you if you are logged in.

If things got really bad, I’d consider adding ads to the site while logged in, but only if it was minimally invasive.
How about some merch like the HAMB? I remember Shelly did two things:
1) Fordbarn T's
2) Auctions on donated items. Profit went to her (or you in this case).

Just a thought...

The Ford Barn has become an integral part of my daily routine. I feel a sense of brotherhood here, and I'm on the site several times a day. There are friends here. That all has significant value to me in my life. The banner adds are a very small price to pay to get all the benefits the site freely gives to us through Ryan's generosity. If he wants or needs the adds to support the site, or even if he wants to make a few bucks, which he doesn't, it is OK with me. Ryan, I greatly value the site, and thank you for it.

Well said. My thoughts exactly.

Think I'll just do some browsing on the Barn while logged out
