This is probably the article Shelly was referring to about a 102 year old woman still changing the oil and spark plugs in her 82 year old 1930 Packard she bought and restored in 1949: http://today.msnbc.msn.com/id/49080145

In 8 years my favorite passenger, Betsy (now 94), will be that age. Hope I'm still "Driving Miss Betsy" then.

Re: You are ever too old for car stuff..
There has been a video, of this lady, posted on here before. All we have to do is find it, unless it has been taken down.

Re: You are ever too old for car stuff..
Hey Shelly! Good to see you on the Fordbarn, again. The old days were fun, someone was always getting into trouble, usually with politics. I remember the virtual car show we started on a cold snowy Sunday, we posted pictures for days. I still have them somewhere in my computer.

I still have the posts from the car show thread posted by Shadetree (those are what I used to make the flag poster). Got the itch to do something really creative.....

Re: You are ever too old for car stuff..
Shelly,
The Lake City Public Library says you have a bunch of books overdue and owe some fines ... total comes to 3 chickens, a slab of ribs, and a pound cake. If you come back to pay in person, let us know. Hoop ( ... Ms. Culpepper (seated, Billie Clifford's mom) wanted me to tell you "Hey" for her.)
