Tom, well done; still laughing north of the 49th.

It can be a nice fantasy, but its not real. I like to watch, just to see the old stuff. There really isn't much on tv thats true, or any form of media these days.
I'll keep an eye out for the model A.

I watch it but the whole think sits a bit uneasy with me. I guess its the emphasis on buying cheap and selling high. I wonder how the seller feels when he is screwed down on his price and later sees the progam where they sold it for twice (or more) what he was paid for it . Yep I know thats capitalism, the seller didn't have sell etc (plus the seller did get to be on TV) but I still feel for some of them. Maybe its also because they befriend the seller and the deal takes place in their own home . So more personal than a store transaction.

I mainly watch to see what they look over that I know is more valuable than what they buy. Rod

I wouldn't feel too bad for the sellers. If the whole show is fake, they may get paid more than you see them get paid. If not, at least they are going along with it. They don't have to sell. It's a fun show, but I just wish it was real. I can't watch it and get past the fact that it is pretty much rehersed.
