Are the switches is the same on a pickup and car ?

If you mean the light switch, yes, they are the same. If you mean the ignition switch and the entire steering column bracket that attaches to the instrument panel, they are not the same. If you mean just the ignition switch components that attach to the steering column bracket, yes, they are the same.
