Default Sport coupe seat bottom

Is a '28/'29 sport coupe seat bottom the same as a coupe or roadster or do they only fit sport coupes?

All 28/29 coupes use the same springs and wooden frame below the springs (cushion and seatback). Roadsters don't use a wood frame under the cushion, the spring are just upholstered with the upholstery. There is a wood frame for the seatback of the roadsters, the springs just hang on the framework with special metal hooks and not part of the upholstered springs. Coupes on the other hand, have a wooden framework that the springs are mount to and then upholstered.

I have the wooden frame under the springs so, I guess springs from a coupe would work.
