Default Personal Property at LeBaron Bonney

The law firm handling the LeBaron Bonney bankruptcy has provided a means for those with personal property such as seat springs and their own fabrics and top material to claim that property if it has been identified as the property of customers. A letter to this end was sent out yesterday along with a form that must be submitted to permit a claim to be pursued. If you believe that you have personal property at the former LeBaron Bonney site and you did not receive that letter, you should contact the law firm immediately to request that form as there will only be one opportunity to claim that property and that will occur next Monday, the 22nd. The name of the law firm is Kitaeff & Associates, P.C. of North Andover, MA at [email protected].

This process is not to be confused with financial claims such as work paid for and not completed. Those claims must be filed through the Federal Bankruptcy Court as has been indicated on earlier threads on this website.

A fellow who lives nearby LB has offered on the A forum to retrieve parts for Aer's with proof to pick up parts and ship (at their expense) on the designated day. Not sure if he would do it for V8ers. Look for LB on the A forum. FWIW
