Default 1931 Victoria Front Pass Window Problems

The passenger side window is hard to wind up when the window is at the mid point. I can see that the window is pushed to the right side against the soft felt track. I can hear squeaking between the glass and the felt. I have lubricated the felts with silicone and have cleaned the lifting arms and the window tracks at the bottom and re-greased them. I can't see why the glass is shifting to the right. If I lift the window by grabbing it, it does get a bit looser and I can wind the window easier. Has anyone experienced this problem and how was it solved? I hate to have to dismantle the whole door. Ed
