Default 1936 Intake manifold

Hello, Did anyone ever see an intake manifold like this. Has a block off plate for something. Its on a 1936 V8 with water pumps in head and 21 studs.

NOT a '36 intake that's for certain.

One other point...The generator mounting stud is too low for 35 or 36.
