Bruce Adams Senior Member Join Date: May 2010 Location: Northport, NY Posts: 1,597	Remembrance of Sgt Donald Malarkey Sgt Donald Malarkey of E Co, 101st Airborne Div, Band of Brothers, a unit that shared a Model A Ford while at Camp Toccoa, GA, passed away yesterday in Oregon. I was pleased to see his Obit received a 1/4 page in Long Island's Newsday. Sgt Malarkey received the Bronze Star for Valor for his work on D Day, assisting in the destruction of the 105 MM howitzers blocking Utah Beach breakout on June 6, 1944.
