Default Brake Drum Paint

This question is definitely not limited to early V8’s but this seems a good place to ask. I am installing the Lincoln brakes and want to paint the drums before installing them, I absolutely cannot stand rust and unfortunately where I live it rains. What paint works best? I know that it has to be a high temp paint but which one? Barbecue paint? Brake Caliper paint? I doubt that engine paint can stand the heat.
