Default 1936 Cabriolet Club Coupe rear seat storage

The 1936 Cabriolet Club Coupe has a trunk.
Did it also have a swing up back seat for storage,
And did it have a package tray behind the rear seat.

Okay, after investing wether or not the 1936 Cabriolet Club Coupe had a swing up back seat for storage I found no mention of it anywhere. So no it did not. The 1935-36 slant sedans and phaeton had a small storage area behind the forward tilting backseat.
The 1936 five and three window coupes and Cabriolets
(Excluding the Cabriolet Club Coupe) had storage area by lifting up the
front seat backrest which was hinged and had a hold up support.
On all Roadsters, storage was only accessible through the rear deck lid. Blast.

I know the '36 Delux 5 win cpe's had the flip-up seat back for access into the front portion of the trunk area, however. it would be unlikely for a roadster or convertible to have that feature.
When I was young and traveling around the western states during the mid/late '50's, as part of my job, I converted the trunk area in my '36 coupe into a bed big enough for two. I slept in the car on many nights, with the seat back up, pretty comfortable, I'd leave the radio on for awhile, and would have the heater running on very cold nights. When it was time to get some shut eye I'd reach over an turn the engine off.
Of course I would lock the doors from the inside for safety.Wm.

From Ford's perspective, there wasn't much point to having a hinged back seat with a trunk given the limited depth of the trunk compared to a coupe with only a front seat.

Another sleeping in the trunk story:
I use to have a friend that owned a '39 convertible coupe that he bought in 1941 from the original owner In Idaho Falls, ID.
When WWII started, my friend Marrion joined the Navy, following Boot Camp he went to I.F., Married his girl friend, the two of them loaded up in the '39 convertible and headed to Los Angeles. Upon their arrival in LA they could not find housing so they parked the car in Giffith Park. Marrion and his new wife slept in the car for several weeks, the wife in the front seat and Marrion in the rumble until he shipped out.
Marrion and his wife kept the '39 conv until the day he died in 1998..

Marrion tried for several years to get me to buy the '39 conv., I considered it may times, but never pulled the trigger, thinking, what was I going to do with two 39 convertibles.
