Those headlights remind me of Marty Feldman, must have been craxy at night.
And looking at the tread on the front tires...they ain't going to make it back home. Cool pic thanks

The dirt on the car is a great representation of real cars on real roads...a detail that Hollywood movies just keep missing.

Judging from the other broken windows im getting rocks kicked up took out the old headlights and by 1940 there were plenty of A's in junkyards. Same with tires - hold air and are round their good enough.
Many a rocks have taken out a few of my modern trucks headlights and windshields. They are playing with the hub so my guess is sheared key or snapped the axle.
