Post #2 is the best pinstripper known to man. He does a fantastic job and is quick. He did my tudor in 45 minutes and it turned out perfect.

Just takes practice. I started using a magnetic strip as a guideline. It worked good on old trucks...

I used the masking tape that is put down and then the center is pealed up. I feathered the ends so that it looked semi freehand.

Personal preference thing... Mack Blue #00.

Small brush won't carry enough paint to complete a panel.

Gene, you need to get out more often.

Ask who I am at Hamilton, someone will point you in the right direction.

Look forward to meeting you.

Ron, I've matched original Apple Green from an unrestored '31 coupe using One Shot Dark Blue, Lemon Yellow & a touch of Black. (Trust your eye!)

I used to pre-mix my colors before a Meet, but everyone's wheel color varied so much it was easier to start with fresh tints.

One Shot is very forgiving so 'less than perfect' can be washed off easily with mineral spirits.

It's all about 'flight time' behind the brush.

Who makes the best tape for the process that you mention?
