I just want to make sure that I am correct before I post this in the swap meet section. Is this a 30/31 deluxe roadster top? I'm pretty sure it is, but want to confirm.

Yes. Deluxe bows. The standard bows have a curved steel tube main bow. The deluxe is wood, like yours.
