N.C.-YOM plates
In NC you may use YOM plates if the standard plates are in the vehicle and available to any who wish to see them; Question--must the plates be NC plates? I have a nice set from another state and would like to use them. The law dosn't seem to specify that they must be NC plates!! Thanks
