Anyone recommend a epoxy or glue to repair a plastic gas tank? Thanks

I believe JB makes an epoxy for plastics.

I havent had good lock repairing plastic gas tanks with epoxy. The parts houses such as Napa and others have products but for me they didn't last. I have, however, had good results with using donor plastic and a good soldering iron and welding the plastic. Take your time and mix the molten plastic well, especially at the edges, and you can make a nice weld that is strong.

I have had good luck doing what eagle recommended. On a chain saw it was either weld the plastic or throw the chain saw out as the tank was part of the frame.

Harbor Freight has an inexpensive plastic welder. It is like a soldering iron, but has a nice wide foot. I have had a lot of success with mine.
