Default Windshield Wiper Arm/Blade Installation Tutorial

I confess. I am challenged by windshield wiper blade installs. Even doing this on my F150 curls my hair. I'm decent with wrenches but for some reason not so good with wiper stuff!

So NOW I'm trying to install the arm and blade on my 400-A........is there somewhere (I hope) a step-by-step tutorial on how to install the arm on the motor shaft? And the blade on the arm? I've not found one on here nor in Les Andrews books, but if they're out there and someone can point me to them, I'd be really grateful.

Thanks!

OK. I got the cussed things installed. I'm not sure they're on there correctly, but at least they didn't fall off right away. Just don't ask me to describe what I just did!

Putting a spare tire back in a modern car also sometimes takes a rocket science course

the arm/blade is over towards the left side from front with rt. angle of arm wire in shaft hole from bottom. If you have the deluxe chrome cover with inside c clip, that should slip over the arm /shaft with the little inside c shaped clip over the arm (wire) while the spring is compresssed inside as well. the cover will appear to snap on if the c clip engages properly.if the blade turns against the glass with pressure and doesn't fall of, it hopefully is secure. not sure this helps! .

duke36, I think that's what I did! Hoping it won't fall off.
