Question What are these metal strips?

Working on a late '29 murray body town sedan. I received the car as a basket case, did not have the luxury of taking it apart. Anybody have an idea what these metal strips are. Overall length is 15.5 inches.
Thanks,
ed

Kinda hard to tell but they look similar to window anti rattlers. If there is a channel on the edge that doesn't have the semi circles cut then that's prably what they are. They get sandwiched under the window garnish mouldings. The semi circles are where the mounting screws would pass through and the channels have a T weatherstrip that presses against the glass.

I don't see the "T" weather strip attached. Is it missing on these strips?
