Default Duplicating seamed fuel line

I would like to make some seamed tank to carb fuel lines and am looking for some tips and techniques on the best way to go about this. I am thinking some sort of jig to hold an 1/8" sq. high speed steel lathe tool ground to cut a score in the tubing. Naturally I would use straight tubing, score it and form to shape afterwards. Might also experiment with the CuNi tubing. Then apply the 70/30 solder tinning and a dip in metal prep to dull it. I know this has been done, but searches on Ahooga and Fordbarn have turned up nothing.
