Default Was Anti-squeak used on Running Board Brackets?

Hi Gang; I read in the Judging Standards on page 13-7 that anti-squeak was used on "some" vehicles between the running board brackets and the running boards- can anyone provide more detail on this - was it just done randomly, was it done at certain factories not others, or was it done on some body styles but not others? Or still not known? My 30 Tudor showed no evidence of anti-squeak in that location, Thanks Kev
