Default Generator, Starter, Distributor metal ID tags

A few years ago, someone gave me a name of a place that re-pops all of the metal ID tags.

I barely remember, it was a place that restores farm tractors. They had a large listing for GM, FoMoCo, MoPar, Delco-Remy, Autolite, and most of the aftermarket automotive parts suppliers.

Any of you guys know who that would be? (I did a GOOGLE search. Must have not worded it right) Or a place that re-pops those metal ID tags?

Thanks, Rick [email protected]

Here's a couple links to places that make tags. They may also know of other shops and can provide their contact info.

Does anyone else wonder about the "It's ok" post above? My employer requires all employees to complete frequent training sessions on internet security. The link in the post by willisvalenzuela might be the kind of thing that leads to problems according to many of the examples offered in those training sessions.

To willisvalensuela - if this is a legitimate post, welcome to the forum and please excuse my suspicions!

There is a similar post that just showed up on the Model T section. I don't intend to click on the link.

There was a SPAM POST that was removed by a moderator. You missed it. Nothing on you personally. They were discussing the SPAM content.

Oh,,,, I see now, sez the blind man! I was very confused on how and why my ID tag request is deemed,,,,, illegal, immoral, or fattening!

Anyway. Thanks for the replies. I have sent inquiries to all three places you guys suggested!

That was one of my Dad’s sayings! I see said the blind man as he picked up his hammer and saw!

Good luck tracking down the tags.

Thanks to the moderator for cleaning out the spam that snuck into this discussion.
