Mid-'28 Tudor for sale

For Sale: Mid-1928 Tudor in excellent condition, except that the original engine has a Babbitt problem. The engine starts and idles but knocks on acceleration. There are flakes of Babbitt in the bottom of the oil pan. The brakes screech a bit at times.
The car was restored in about 1985. Between 1985 and 2003 the car won many awards, including 2nd place at the MAFCA national in Sturbridge, MA, in 1988. The interior, exterior and engine compartment of the car are in beautiful shape. Paint and upholstery are near perfect. Everyone who sees the car remarks on its excellent condition. Buyer will get all plaques and trophies.
I am at an age where I don’t feel I can tackle an engine rebuild. So I am selling the car at a price that reflects that necessity. Please email me at my Ford Barn email address with questions.
