Default jseery health issues

I'm not one that likes to post health issues on a automotive form, but I have been thinking it is a bit weird to just disappear off the Barn as well. So, decided to post a short update. I have been battling a very aggressive cancer that has taken over almost all of my time and energy. Strange how quickly things in our life can change. Have always enjoyed my time here on the Barn, a lot of great folks who are willing to share their time and knowledge!

Now that is no good for you and I did miss you on the barn some weeks ago and was wondering where you got to. I hope you are on the mend because we miss your very accurate technical and correct answers. Take care and get well soon. Regards, Kevin.

I too have been missing your input. You have always seemed to be the 'voice of reason' when others may have been off on a rant. I have strayed from earlier religious beliefs, but will pray for you tonight. Take care Mr. Seery.

Well Jerry....I've also noted your minimal activity lately. It's hard to miss when someone so knowledgeable and friendly quits posting all of a sudden. I've recovered from that crap about seventeen years ago, although I'm going thru some other serious maladies at present...it always seems to be something. You come-across as sort of a tough hombre about life's happenings, and hopefully, this is but a big bump in your road to navigate around. As I see it, "JSeery" currently has more posts on this forum than the rest of us wanna-be's, so you can't be gone too long or ol' "rotorwrench" might just threaten your well-earned, and well-respected notch at the top of the pole. My heartfelt best to ya Jerry, hoping to see you back here full-time very soon. Peace, my friend! Dick D/The Coopman

.

I'm really concerned about Jerry. He hasn't tuned-in to the FordBarn since JUNE 25th.....(Last Activity: 06-25-2022 07:11 PM).

I know that I had a serious health scare 3-1/2 years ago. I ended-up in rehab for about 45 days re-learning how to walk, during which time I did not tune-in HERE. So hopefully, "J" is only off for a short time on some similar mission. Prayers for you, my friend!

Coop
