Default 1952 f1 sending unit

Where can I get a sending unit for my f1 to work with my factory gauges? Gas tank!

The aftermarket sending units work after a fashion, but they are resistive while the original system is a current pulse. Some claim to be able to get them to work, in general you can get a somewhat correct empty reading, or full reading but both can be a challenge. The best is to locate a original sender unit, but they are not always functional. Not much of an answer I know, but it is what it is.
