Bill, many of the needed brackets and such actually are metal stampings. I have made rough drawings on these so we could make them in-house on the CNC plasma table but then we would need to bend them on a press which would be very time consuming IMO. The same for the inner fender panels and the rear spring cover. Again, costs to do things like this just went up 20% with the present economy and I don't see those numbers dropping in the future.

I can see where the rear wheel wells and front door hinges would be a bear to have to make!!
