Anybody else having trouble? It was down for a few minutes today. Now it's back up but looks funny and won't accept my log on credentials...?

I noticed the trouble when I tried to get on it at work today. That was using Internet Exploder. I use Firefox at home, but get the same screen. I never log out of it, but somehow I got logged out.

New software today, which works with iOS and android. Someone who knows more than me said "clear the cache". Followed by clear "history and cookies". A warning your other passwords may have to be re entered.

Works on my old ipad and older MS laptop.

I could never get in when I wanted, so I gave up and spend time here. I have not tried to go there for years.

It turns out my problem was just minor and is fixed

I don't understand what you are saying. Never get in when you wanted? You must be doing something wrong or you have a bad computer as up until the new software only had one problem a long time ago.

If you're using Internet Exploder go to the "Tools" tab at the top of the page and click "Delete Browsing History. In the pop-up box make sure "Temporary Internet Files", "Cookies" and "History" have check marks by them, then click "Delete". You may have to re-enter your passwords for the sites you frequent. If you're using Mozilla Firefox click "History" at the top of the page, then click "Clear Recent History" in the drop down box. At the top of the drop down click the down arrow beside "Time range to clear" and select "Everything". Click the check box beside "Cache", then click "Clear Now" and you should be good to go.
