Default Door Fit Problem

Raised the front of the body a bit to better align the hood. Added a couple rubber shims on each side. Hood is great.

Both doors(coupe) worked well before I did this. The passenger still works well but the driver door seems high on the hinge end and low on the latch end. The door will close when I lift it a bit and close it with force. I suspect I did this misalignment when I shimmed the front of the body. Looking at the latch, the door is a good quarter in above where it was before.

I would like to keep my front body shims in place but maybe not. I would prefer to adjust the door a bit. Any suggestions on best way forward? Thanks.
