Default Need Help with Alternator bracket

I am completing my V8-60 build. I am using an Eddie Meyer 2 carb intake. There is not mounting boss for the alternator.

Is there a bracket out there that works?

I have attached image of engine.

I bet you could use steel or aluminum bar and/ or flat stock and make your own bracket that would bolt to the two most forward intake manifold bolts and those two bolts that are lower down on the front of the engine below the intake. Of course, you will have to use longer bolts to install the alternator bracket. Make a pattern out of styrofoam, cardboard or wood (best) and you will come up with a solution.

There never were gen / alt brackets for the v8-60 until recently. There is some one on EPay that has made a modern adaption for use. Sorry, I don't have the reference at this time. Might try searching EPay, altho they don't advertise consistently. Very difficult application for the short engine with multiple carbs.
