Default Flathead cam stamping

Hello!
Does anyone know what cam this is?
It’s stamped with a G and that’s all.. I purchased the engine last week and the seller didn’t know much about it, it’s a 59A and it got adjustable lifters and aluminum cam gear so at least someone has done something to it along the way

Can’t upload the picture it seems but I guess most of you know what a flathead cam looks like and it just has a G stamped on it
