1932 Ford registry
A new website has been produced for all you 32 owners. It is the 1932fordregistry.com We are attempting to register all the 1932 Fords in the world. It's just a start, but it will grow into an information center for all 32 owners. It will list events, clubs, and 32's to start with. If you are a 32 ford owner, open the website and join in. If you are not a 32 owner, open the website anyway and enjoy the view.
We are looking for a major sponsor for the Havasu Deuces show here in Lake Havasu Az in March. Any tips will be appreciated. We are a charity 501c3 corp. and all the profit goes to the high school athletic programs. www.1932fordregistry.com www.havasudeuces.com |

The site is set up to register all 1932 Fords. They can be reproductions.

Re: 1932 Ford registry
I always wondered if there are more repoduction cars then original ones?
I am not bashing repo cars they are equally as fun and cool!

Re: 1932 Ford registry
Sounds like a good idea to separate them original from reproduction. There must be many more new creations than original!

Re: 1932 Ford registry
Separate the steel bodies from the fiberglass!
Maybe even separate Brookville and United Pacific steel bodies from original Ford bodies?

Re: 1932 Ford registry
Thanks for the input guys. We will add a column that will ask , original or reproduction.
The site is just in the startup mode and we will be adding a lot of features. Every two weeks we will pick at random a feature car from the site. So we will need pictures and a write up for your car when picked. We will also be adding data to increase your info on the latest 32 happenings and news. This is just the start. Dick |

Re: 1932 Ford registry
At what point is a car considered original vs. reproduction? >50% aftermarket patch panels?

Re: 1932 Ford registry
Dick, I found one of your Flyers in my '32 while attending the Arizona Deuce Day show in Glendale, AZ (Phoenix) on Saturday. I will be checking out your site when I return to Ohio later this week. This sounds like a good idea! Would also like to see a breakdown between the original steel '32s and reproduction.
Thanks, Pat |

Re: 1932 Ford registry
It would nice to not only separate original Henry from reproduction but to also keep track of the number on body styles. (3 window) (5 window) (sedans ect.)

Re: 1932 Ford registry
Hey guys, there is a search function that will allow you to view the cars by body style. When you are on the registry, select 'body' and then enter '3 window' or '5 window' for example. Just today we got cars from Norway, Belgium, and Switzerland.
Also, there will be a stats page that will display the number of originals produced, etc. |

Re: 1932 Ford registry
You'd be surprised if you saw what kind of metalwork has to go into some of the cars that are pulled out of the fields and forests up here in the Midwest and Northeast just so we can save another '32.
