Default Cowl I.D.

Can anyone I.D. this cowl, please? I think its a 31, because of the indented firewall, but I dont know what body style it is. Thanks.

Indented firewall, considered late 31, closed car, not a slant windshield body.

its a Briggs Body
the critical measurement is the top hinge
you need to compare it with another car
most likely a fordor sedan

I believe it's a truck or tudor. The main difference is the top hinge is 4" down from the top. On the coupe (and the four doors) the hinge is only 3" down. I also see an early 30 tank.

Dave is correct. This is a late 31 Tudor/Truck cowl section.

Thanks guys for your help! There is no bottom in the tank, but I never realized it didnt match the cowl. I would have went looking for one just like it.
