Default Spare Tire Mount

I have a 29 ford closed cab pickup and need to mount a spare tire and have no idea how to mount it. I also need to get a mounting bracket. Are there instructions how to mount the tire on the welled fender? Any help would be appreciated. Larry

Thanks for the response. I did find instructions in my ford service bulletins book. I now have to find a used mount if I can. I haven't had any luck yet. There are new ones some advertised they will fit both sides but some say the plates are different left and right. Any one tried a new one that could report on how they fit? Thanks Larry

28-29 plates are side interchangable. 30-31 plates are side specific. Hope this helps
