Default j.b. welds

I went to the hill climb in devore sunday, seen this guy had gobs of j.b. weld on the head of his T . 1915 something like that .
how often does this get by ?

he said it goes 35mph. ran it up that incline pretty good too .

where else has this been gooped into ?

i've never used the stuff.

If there is no pressure and no excessive heat (above 500) it works fine.

We have a member that had his car many years and it was not until he went to restore it that he found that there was a bullet hole in the front of his engine that was covered with jb weld.
