Oh dear, that's awful news.
I enjoyed my conversations with Bruce over the years and always trusted his advice, judgement and knowledge. I hope he realised how much he meant to this community.

Mart.

Gosh, that is terrible news. Didn't know Bruce personally but always was amazed by
his knowledge and willingness to share it. Makes one wonder, what's next. Prayers and respect to a very good man and his family. May his family take comfort in the good that he did during his stay on earth. We are better off because of Mr. Lancaster. Will surely be missed.

I had the pleasure of hanging out with Bruce and Alice and Spork and later with him and Barbara. What a neat guy. Miss him.

Him & Flat Dog and a few others have gone on to find all the answers to all those questions they ever had about flatheads. Now if they went some other way then that's the way I want to go too.

Mart.
I think this is a good time to reflect on how important is is for all of us to let others know how much we appreciate their help and advise.
While they are still living.

Bruce was a great help early on when we first got the 33, answered all my pesky questions and gave his advice freely.
I will think of him today when out in the 33.
RIP
Bruce

I have searched several topics today and on everyone of them Bruce was a major contributor! That along speaks volumes. He will really be missed.

Sorry to hear this, my condolences to his family. Bruce, I hope you get to confer with Henry Ford in how he could have made the Flathead better!

Post #13 is a wonderful eulogy. Like many have stated, I didn’t know or ever meet the man, but always benefited from him sharing his knowledge.
RIP...... Mark
